Q&A with Devin Townsend

I don’t know why karma has beef with Devin and myself but I keep managing to miss him;

*I missed a nice intimate gig at Voxhall in Aarhus – as I’d just moved there and didn’t know the venue’s yet and hadn’t been using the internet much.

*I tried to get an interview before the Retinal Circus and should have booked it myself as when I finally got through it was too late and time fully booked. But got this email interview as consolation.

*I then managed to get a slot with Devin and Ryan at Wolverhampton whilst on tour with Fear Factory and TesseracT but due to a major accident closing a motorway and major traffic I missed my slot. Thankfully I caught the show and got to try out my new camera.

So I do have an email interview – wo which Devin admits he hates writing so I am not only thankful for his time but also honoured he took the time to write back to me

Xander: If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?
Devin: “Farting in space.”
